running firefox 1.5.0.1 with grease monkey and the lovely cphog, but every time i go to start a new thread via quick thread, or post a reply, i have to dig out and fill in "signature", "name" and "e-mail". editing cphog the change history and text looks the same as the version here, so i suspect i am running the latest version. cookies are allowed, so it should not be that. am i just being wildly optimistic that cphog should remember these fields? or is something broken on my machine? zen is the art of being at one with the two'ness

Yep, I had the same problem. Shog upgraded me to his latest public beta and it's all okay now. Ask him to add you to the beta testers list. Regards, Nish

Also, in theory, it's not really a public beta, per se. The people who have access to it all have one thing in common...a "special place" to report bugs. ;) *hint hint*

unfortunatly this has been overtaken by a slightly bigger problem... after spending 2 days telling me that i cannot write files (that i am actually editing or compiling) to the network or my local hard drive my work PC no longer lets me log into codeproject.com :omg: :sigh: :(( apparently my email address is unknown, but i can log in perfectly from home, i have just tested this. not being able to edit documents or compile i can just about live with, but to be locked out of my account at codeproject... now that is a step to far! zen is the art of being at one with the two'ness
