Silence is the voice of complicity Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. -- Vincent Reynolds Might I suggest that the universe was always the size of the cosmos. It is just that at one point the cosmos was the size of a marble. -- Colin Angus Mackay PS. If you don't understand my sarcasm -- go to hell!

Think about it; Apple makes money selling hardware. Their OS development costs them money, lots of it. If you want to maximize profits, the first thing you do is slash programs that run at such huge losses. Were I Apple, I'd release the entire Apple OS as an open source project and work hard to ensure their hardware continues to work with both it and Windows. Anyone who thinks he has a better idea of what's good for people than people do is a swine. - P.J. O'Rourke

? You would destroy the company! Apple is built on inoperability, and releasing as open source would create compatibility.

If I thought I were channeling Dvorak, I would kill myself as a community service.

Wasn't that the peasants in the field talking to King Arthur in Monty Python and the Holy Grail? Michael Martin Australia "I controlled my laughter and simple said "No,I am very busy,so I can't write any code for you". The moment they heard this all the smiling face turned into a sad looking face and one of them farted. So I had to leave the place as soon as possible." - Mr.Prakash 24/04/2004
