Help: my Hotmail is in Chinese

I tried to change the encoding but it didn't work, and I can't figure out where the settings are since it's in Chinese! Anyone has an idea? Can I set Outlook to recieve the emails from this account? Need my help? Export (and clean up your emails), change the password to let me log on to fix it. And later you change the password again which I don't know.

And I said that he could remove all those he does not hope me to see in his mailbox by export, save-as, or some other means, and change the password for temporary. If he yikes, that's fine. My experience is in c/c++ and sql. I'm afraid I just don't have time to monitor all the forums I'm interested in. I find this forum most interesting for general subjects.
