Natural harmony temporarily disturbed

Nice trick question!
For an idiot, you mean?

I think it's a reasonable compromise between the legitimate concerns of US citizens and legal residents and reality...
I would imagine that would be quite a conumdrum for someone in your position. On the one hand you've played fairly, by the rules and waited your turn to become an anti-American American, while others have cheated and slipped in illegally to become America hating Americans - and will be rewarded for it. On the other hand, the bash-America first crowd needs all the support it can get.

I'd like to think that the America I believed in 40 years ago and that I became a part of as an LPR 4 years ago isn't like that.
But then, you're probably one of those who believe that bears and monkeys live in natural harmony. The America I believe in has always understood that natural harmony is only one meal away from monkey burgers - before internatinalists, multicultural, toleration and harmony guys like you came along, that is. "You get that which you tolerate"
Thanks for the new sig. Your pragmatic logic shines through once again. :) Chris Meech I am Canadian. Don't understand your sense of humour, but then, I am one of those individual who don't understand American Humour. Example : What is it that people find funny with the "Friends" sitcom. It just leaves me cold - no humour there for me :(

That just means you have good taste. ;) "If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done." - Peter Ustinov

This [^] is too funny. (warning - violent content may be offensive to some ) Apparently there is a fundamental flaw in the zoo's understanding of nature (but since I'm sure they are a bunch of lefties - that doesn't surprise me). Personally, I think we primates should stick together and teach the godless bears a lesson they'll never forget! I've had quite enough of this 'bears eating monkeys' nonsense. I think a traditional conservative ("magical thinking") anti-science ideology would be pretty ineffective at running a zoo, but okay. I mean, since conservatives are always right and never have to change or adapt their thinking, they wouldn't be moving the monkeys, they would just kill the bear, assuming that it's the problem. - F

Your theory fails in practice. The Netherlands is a very left-wing country and their zoo-bears eat their zoo-monkeys. The United states is a relatively conservative country and our zoo-bears do not eat our zoo-monkeys. That clearly means that conservatives are better at running zoos than liberals in practice. Bernie Marcus (conservative Republican) founded the Georgia Aquarium which is the largest and arguably the best in the world (I've heard the one in Tokyo might be better). It has been very successful. We conservatives sure know how to do things!

 I'd never heard of that. Have you been, yet? I found this in FAQ. Thought it was funny.
_Is there a security check before you get into the aquarium?_ Yes. There are no guns, knives, matches, lighters **or fishing poles** allowed inside the Aquarium.
