Read notification for mail in .net

hi all, my problem is that i want to create a exe which reads a perticular mail id on perticular mail server.functionality of this exe is ike that this exe will find the mail which r in mail box has read by user or not . if yes then i want to get reading time and i also want to know how many times user read this mail an d i want to store all the information in database. plz help me.
