Last coffee? Hmmm, I guess a couple of hours before the first coffee of the next day. Caffeine - it's what's for breakfast!

I bring a thermos to work; when it’s gone it’s gone. I normally finish it by 05.30 or so.

I'd love to help, but unfortunatley I have prior commitments monitoring the length of my grass. :Andrew Bleakley:

Isn't that when you just switch to decaf and keep going?

Drinking that much OJ sounds bad to me (probabily better than drinking that much coffee), your loading your body up with sugar and not working it off sitting at your desk. Regards Ray "Je Suis Mort De Rire" Blogging @ Keratoconus Watch

;P Was ordered off coffee altogether in autumn last year by a doctor, needless to say as I was a real coffee addict at the time, it wasn't easy to do. I have been drinking decaf since then, its awful horrible stuff and I did suffer caffine withdrawl (I kid you not) for about three months. I am fine, am over it all now, but it amazed me how badily addicted to coffee I was. :-O Regards Ray "Je Suis Mort De Rire" Blogging @ Keratoconus Watch

I start the day with a giant cup off cofee with to much sugar in it and when that's gone I'm switching to thea (with a somewhat normal sugar level)

Me too. Though my cup size is small, it is significantly upset by the number of times, I take the coffee. :) :) Vasudevan Deepak Kumar Personal Web: http://www.lavanyadeepak.tk/ I Blog At: http://www.dotnetjunkies.com/weblog/deepak/

I did a double-take when I first read it as "yet we are made of flash". Wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!
