The name did count indeed, it must contain word what are on the wave this days... so I can suggest anything which contain "Ajax", or "2.0", or... oh come on, it is so easy!!! ;P Othervise, you can go on a harder way, and name the company, for example MicroEducation... then just do what Microsoft did in terms of business management.

Big companies (Ford, GM, Microsoft, etc) pay a lot of $$$ to get names for products. There are companies out there that will provide you with names, for a fee of course. You have to keep in mind, that what you may think is a good name, might mean CowCrap or something in some other part of the world. I would recommend looking into companies that provide this as a service. It may cost a bit, but would be well worth it.
