Regarding Macro in VB.Net

Hi Guys, I'm in need of filling an Excel Sheet with Combo Box in Cells with values from Database.After filling the Combo Box should be hidden. When the User Clicks the Cell then he has to get the Combo Box filled with some Values. But Only Records and combobox are visible. I want to hide the combo box. Please suggest bsome way.
