How many Tea & Cigarette do you have per day? …also what was the number, at the point of time when you were at the peak. The question from the concern that i am on an all time high on both (Tea/Cigarette = 8/15 per day) In no way this is indented to encourage either of the habits; in fact it is the opposite -- modified at 8:36 Wednesday 31st May, 2006

No tea or cigarettes, but I'm on about 10 mugs of coffee a day now. I get withdrawal symptoms after about 1 hour with no coffee. I need to give that stuff up! When I smoked, I'd typically churn through 60 a day (three packs a day). I drink coffee rather than tea, and at that time in my life, the cup was never empty. [edit] Oops. Almost forgot. Those days I also smoked an average of one ounce of tobacco per week in cigarettes that I, er, rolled myself. ;) So, I was smoking quite a lot, and yet have somehow lived to tell the tale. [/edit] However, to compensate for the nicotine and caffiene induced jumpiness, I mellowed it out by drinking 1/2 to 3/4 a bottle (fifth) of whiskey a night, so it all balanced out. :-D Author of The Career Programmer and Unite the Tribes Know someone who desperately needs to get a clue? Not necessarily... See my post below about what I did in my younger years. I'm pushing 50 and I'm alive & kicking. In fact, in many ways, I'm in much better shape than I was in my 20s. :-D Author of The Career Programmer and Unite the Tribes Know someone who desperately needs to get a clue?
