Change the Font of a Label in .cs file ??

Hello, Dear I have a very short problem, Hope you mostly will know about it, I want to change the Font Style (like Verdana, Arial etc..) of a Label in .cs file at run time not in .aspx file (not like that Font-Names="Verdana" ) ASP.net using c# in Visual Studio 2003 Please tell me it's solution or a simple code snapshot.
