I love working from home. I am still in my PJs, and I have declared today to be 'Iron Maiden Day'. I'm listening to as many albums as I can fit in, up to Piece of Mind now. Christian Graus - Microsoft MVP - C++

Working from home totally rules. I love it. I stop several times a day go for walks in the heat, sit outside with my kids enjoy the sun. Then stay up until 2:00AM to compensate. Guess what? Who cares if I'm up until 2:00AM? My boss? Who's that? Work starts when I wake up. I totally love it. I've been uh... well you see... there's this uh... band that... yeah you know... :sigh: Still listening to Primal Fear and loving it. But to honor you in your skivies grab yourself an anzac and shout "Up The Irons" out an open window. Then smile (because you feel rather pleased with yourself) and sit back down to make an honest living at home where all men belong.... With their wives and kids.:rose:

Yeah, I love that bit. I wake early, and I used to 'lose' the first few hours of the day. Now, I'm working at 6 am, and I reap the rewards when I can finish when my kids get home from school.

Yeah, I've gone back to that album a bit of late. I've got lots of new stuff tho, Rebel meets Rebel ( the Dimebag/David Allan Coe album ), the new Lordi album ( a LOT ), Viking Skull - Born in Hell ( if you remotely like Sabbath, you NEED this album ), just listening to the new Lacuna Coil ( it just arrived yesterday ) and I have Sonata Arctica live lined up ( still not sure if I like them so I bought a live album ). Oh, and getting into a bit of Annihalator of late, just bought 'King of the kill' which is much better than the last one I bought, I heard 'Shallow Grave', which rocks, and no other song on that album is in that style.

Yep, it's definately been a great move. I'm really quite sick at the moment, and it's not in my nature to stop work. I used to get sent home. Now I AM home. I can't infect anyone, so long as my output is still good and I'm up for it, I can keep working. Christian Graus - Microsoft MVP - C++

You and I need to start a metal blog. That way I can keep up on the good stuff and after we have a million hits a day we can sell the domain on eBay and by a mountain retreat in the alps.

I can host any blog on 1 of 3 servers I have co-located (in Candada actually). Or we could do it on one of the free sites. I think it would be a blast and it would be non-technical in nature and a lot of fun.

OK - well, you decide which is best and let me know. I was already thinking about the first post. I thought something about 'why should you read our metal blog', we can talk about my 770+ CD collection, goodness knows how many music DVDs ( at least 600 ) and how we kept the faith in the grunge era :) Christian Graus - Microsoft MVP - C++

Okay, check your email. We now have a blog. This should be totally fun. Once we get it dialed in we'll have to have an announcement here I imagine. So that's a Windows 2003 Server running ASP .Net 2.0/1.1 and all the fixings. I have Remote Desktop on it and am the Administrator. If we need on it just let me know.
