Out of curiousity, what screen resolution do you guys use? Myself, I use 1152×864, but that is partly because I code in LabVIEW with a limitedly large screen.

Mine is 1152x864 @ 75 htz One question, is there any relationship with the monitor resolution and graphics card? one of my colleague using same type of monitor (philips 107E6) but he is getting more refreshing rate 1280x768 @ 85hz :( I download the monitor driver from philip's website and installed. but no use :( SaRath.

Yes the refresh rate depends both on the monitor and the graphic card.

Back when I had a CRT, I ran 1280x1024 since that was the smallest I could make the text and have it still be readable. Now I have an LCD that's 1920x1200

Two of them... 21" = 1152x864 @ 120Hz 17" = 800x600 @ 100Hz Things go much easier on my eyes like that. If I ever go LCD I may bump my resolutions up a bit, but not yet for my half-blind, redneck arse. Jeremy Falcon

2560 x 1024, split across 2 x 19" LCDs. Had three but a new guy started and two of us had to lose a monitor so we all had two each. Some people....
