2 of my friends worked there - the work load can be heavy at times - these guys used to do 7 day weeks @ 12-14 hours a day. Later, they got sent to the US to the client's location, and the work load was similar! It's hard to judge a company based on a couple of guys' experience - and this was 3-4 years ago. But in general I don't like the idea of a company where you work more than double your 40 hours a week and only get paid for the regular 40 hours. It's okay for a week or two - say a project deadline is close, but on a long term basis, this is the sort of job that can make your life rather mechanical, not to mention extremely tiring. Is this your only job offer now? If not, you might want to consider other options before making a quick decision which you may regret later. Regards, Nish

Well they do only 40 hours in paper - which is what they are paid for. The extra 50-60 hours in undocumented and thus unpaid for :-) Regards, Nish

Oops! you are here ? hey I agree with you buddy, but at sea you get to see others fishers right? so you can learn from them. But in a pond, the way you fish is what you know as "The Fishing".. :( Am I right? .. I'm really worried about the *standards* they have in a *pond* :sigh:.. But your idea always had a meaning! :-D

Interesting - it doesn't really help a candidate if he/she is on bench for too long. But yeah, gives you ample time to chat/email/fall-in-love-with-colleague etc. Regards, Nish
