Yes - very suspicious that they haven't mentioned anything about the company. For all you know, this might be a hoax - like the Nigerian scam. Regards, Nish

I was thinking more of some guy with a paypal account and an out of country address so no one can get their money back. Whois information on the registrant, if it's any use. http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=premierreportgenerator.com&prog_id=godaddy[^]

Formula 1 - Short for "F1 Racing" - named after the standard "help" key in Windows, it's a sport where participants desperately search through software help files trying to find actual documentation. Anyone can put anything they want in Whois, or buy through a broker to provide a different address. Whois is only valid for someone who doesn't know how to lie well. Especially seeing the registrant information, this should be highlighted in the terms of use/license agreement: "this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Premier Report Generator Web Site." If the registrant is in Shreveport, why is the license agreement and all jurisdiction put in Washington state? Add to that there was absolutely no contact on the page that I could find... _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau.
