Techies enjoy a better standard of living than many, and we get paid to do what we enjoy. Still, most people have goals, dreams and desires of a better life, even if they don’t believe it’s possible to achieve them. I'd take Hefner's life, Gates's house, Hubble telescope, International Space Station, Alexandria Library and add to that research in mathematics, astronomy, archaelogy, geology, and deep sea life (whateverology).

I'd like some better communication skills to go along with my techie skills. I struggle to get my ideas across so that other people can understand them and get as excited as I am about things. Obviously financial security would be great. I've spent too many years wondering where the next contract/pay cheque was going to come from. It would be nice to be able to work just for the fun of it and not because I need to pay my mortgage. Other people. Buncha twisted, scheming, perverted hypocrites. And Bloody Marys. Not enough bartenders know how to make 'em right. Hmmm... other people into Bloody Marys... Oh - and cigarettes would give you super-human endurance instead of reduced lung capacity. Myself. 'Cause it wouldn't be fair to all the people i'd fixed to have to put up with an imperfect me. But i'd wait until after i'd enjoyed a few perfect Bloody Marys and nutritional cigs first...

Rid the world of Celine Dion. All religious groups get along. Have the money and looks of Catherine Zeta Jones. (Before anyone freaks, I'm a girl.) A winter home in Australia. Yup. The V8 tempers the sharpness of the orange juice, and the oj brightens up the taste of the V8... try it sometime.
