It's Friday!

What are you doing this weekend? :) Me = nothing. I'm kinda bored, as my roomies are outta town. I'll probably read a book :) , catch up with an old friend or two :cool: , and there's always laundry :sigh: . š Cheers, Vikram.

I'll be installing Office and a couple of things on someone's computer, doing backup, doing some much-needed cleanup, probably giving the puppy a bath, doing the last steps necessary to put up a second-hand above-ground pool (18-ft! :cool:), maybe finally finishing up something about my metafile importer product so that I can make it publically available online, catching up on watering... there's more but my head is already spinning. ;-P I hope to get some extra rest as well!

Well the football is on Sunday and despite England playing so poorly, I'll watch the match in the hopes they can string 3 passes together. I'm also going to be doing some more work with the Microsoft Composite Application Block[^]. I'm really enjoying working with it. It is getting me so much closer to my dream development platform. I also have a poorly designed XML file that I need to import into an SQL database. My first task is to create and create the schema to hold the data. Then try and find a good way of importing the XML into SQL. So lots of coding for me this weekend, and I'm really looking forward to it. Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

I'm watching your posts with interest. I'm going to be working with a client on a GIS app and we want to use MyXaml with MS CAB. I'm also looking at using the GAT with MyXaml. It's interesting that the timing would coincide with your posts about GAT/CAB/SCSF.

You can say that again. Besides that, looking forward for a weekend of relaxation. The past couple of weeks have been stres stest to my awakeness. Ahh, I will also be enjoying a movie and lot's of music in the company of my new Logitech Z-5500[^] sound system. regards, Mircea Many people spend their life going to sleep when they’re not sleepy and waking up while they still are.

I'm hoping to post some more detailed stuff shortly, most of the work I've done recently has been for my current job and so I am limited on what I can post. The MyXaml integration I'm doing for my own stuff as my job won't allow me to use MyXaml. Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

I've done that, and I probably wouldn't do it again. The silence (unless you run next to a busy street) is very disconcerting, as is running for an extended period of time without seeing or hearing anyone. It just feels so strange, like running through a ghost town :~

I passed the TOEIC (Test of English International Csomething) which is the same kind of thing. During the preparation, one afternoon, we made a TOEFL (the english teacher wanted to show us what it was exactely) and I had 100% correct (I think the maximum is 1000 pts) :-O . While I did not get all the questions, the logic used in the multiple choice questions was so obvious that you could almost pick up the answer even without understanding what you were reading. This was 4 years ago. ~RaGE();

It's supposed to rain here in NYC this weekend :( So I will have a great excuse to sit at home with a big pot of coffee and work with WPF to my hearts delight! :-D Josh
