As we know, light speed is the fastest speed we know. But I have a question. What is the most slowly speed we know?

Speed or velocity? (Lowest velocity is -c. Lowest speed is 0) cheers, Chris Maunder

Boot Time :-D We have so much stuff running these days it takes for ever. Not the OSs fault of course. I am on the road this weekend and my Hotel has wireless. It takes like 3 mins or so for everything (network connection, virus scanning, virus updates, OS updates) to perform boot processing.

"Just about every question you've asked over the last 3-4 days has been "urgent". Perhaps a little planning would be helpful?"

Lowest velocity is zero as well. Velocity is simply speed with a direction component associated with it.

Christ Graham, don't get Chris started on physics and maths. We'll never see the end of this thread. But 0 is no speed - it's only 0. What is above 0 and and slowly enough:confused: I once heared an answer that fascinated me - speed is relative to you. So the answer was 'your body'. And that's true;P I never moved in front or bhind my body:laugh: But 0 - thats too simple in my mind

And that direction part is a vector that can have negative components. In one dimension you could have [-c]. So I'm with Chris on this one. Cheers, Drew.
