I'll assume the pie chart isn't the primary focus for the page. Given that, it could probably be as small as 50% of its current size, and still be useful.

I think it would look better if the pie chart was roughly the same vertical size as the text that describes it (your legend). So, to answer you question: yes, it's a bit too big right now. Cheers, Drew.
