That kind of "insurance" is illegal, and will most likely result in fines for the "insurance company", or maybe even prison.

I didn't use any smileys or anything to indicate that I wasn't being rational. Or as fat_boy would've said "I was taking the piss". But I was fairly sure that no smiley was needed. Maybe I was wrong. :)

"A pirate is one who robs or plunders at sea without a commission from a recognised sovereign nation. Pirates usually target other ships, but have also attacked targets on shore. These acts are known as piracy" I expect software industries and other copyrights owners to use the word "genocide" in a near future...

I wonder if the Americans 'Patriots' were Pirates too then in addition to being Smugglers, Arsonists, Geurillas and Terrorists? Nunc est bibendum

During the Independence War, didn't the insurgents also attack English merchant ships? :~

Interesting - any details? I am surprised it doesn't happen more often, actually.

Do you know that US forced the swedish government to close down the Swedish site "the pirate bay" even tough it does _not_ break any Swedish laws? (its just a server telling where you can get bit torrents) http://www.puzzleframework.com
