Well with roughly 120,000 messages it should be quite a bit, but not as much as you estimated. Since each message is only plain text, I'd assume an average size somewhere between 3 Kb and 6 Kb per message with all the html and sigs and stuff. 120,000 * 3 KB = 360,000 K = 360 MB approx For 6 KB that'll be 720 MB Not even 1 GB as you can see :-) I might be way off mark though.
