      What do you want to do ? a) Get the same project compiled under vs 2005 or b) rewrite the entire project as a .net application there are huge differences between the two.

        Simple solution: With VS2003 you can simply load a VC6 projet into it, it will convert it, so I guess it is the same with VS2005. Then you compile and correct everything it complains about, which usually is not to bad.

          Why you like to upgrade your system?. My advise is mantain your application in vc6.0, if you want move the new requeriments to vc2005, and do this migration step by step. __ jjlopez
