Took the kids to the Sydney Observatory yesterday for the Lost In Space Kids Day Out. About a 90 second walk away was the Lord Nelson[^]. While I was downing a million pints of Old Admiral my wife found her taste for Trafalgar Pale Ale. I bought a couple of over priced bottles and tonight bought a bottle of Schofferhofer HefeWeizen for the wife. She's downing quality beer like an expert now, it's now a question of if I score a bit first or she passes out. Time will tell. Michael Martin Australia "I controlled my laughter and simple said "No,I am very busy,so I can't write any code for you". The moment they heard this all the smiling face turned into a sad looking face and one of them farted. So I had to leave the place as soon as possible." - Mr.Prakash 24/04/2004

Always a good idea to introduce the wife to the wonders of beer :)

Schofferhofer HefeWeizen is lovely. Your wife has good taste. :) Anna :rose: Currently working mostly on: Visual Lint  Anna's Place | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up. It didn't work.

That is my taste. I bought it for her picking up on the wheat beer trend she has had over the past few days. A fine pub, i was a regular visitor there while holidaying in sydney over xmas & new year. I took a bit of a liking to their Quayle Ale and the Three Sheets wasn't too bad either!

Is there a reason she's trying to passout first?

You don't like wheat beer? I love a nice glass of Weizen with a slice of lemon floating on top. Delicious.

Round here in Germany, it belongs to the cheap ones, good for it's price. Used to drink mostly Pilsener, like Beck's. Nowadays, i prefer Hefeweizen, often the dark type, like "Paulaner Hefe-Weißbier" or Erdinger. Quite refreshing in the summer time. :-D
