What's next in programming ?

I have tried and it doesn't work. "Hey, baby, I am a software geek, lets compile" or "Hey, I studied in HS and college and I made more today than you did all month" or "HDD error, I need to insert a [censored]" BTW, robots can already program from a well designed UML doc. Will there be robots who knows how to program ? Will size of developers pool increase or decrease after decades ? Will there be an end to programming ? What will be progamming for in future ? for automation ? for configuration ? Will a female software mate with a male software in 2020?

There will be robots but they will demand CP member provide code samples and write the code for them.

Yes, but at least after programming the robot prototype, we then got tons of programming power after mass production of robots in factory.

They already do. Tractors in the US (information from one of those MegaMachines type program on History Channel) already plow the field using GPS systems. The farmer just inputs the coordinates and goes off to watch TV or milk cows or whatever it is that farmers do. Same thing with combines too. No more Mexican migrant workers for harvesting wheat. But we still need them to pick strawberries!
