Cool...may be not a good illustration, I will think of a better one that will not be based on the Bible. Best regards, Paul. Jesus Christ is LOVE! Please tell somebody.

Why did God even create this world in the first place?? If God is so forgiveful and mercyful, why did He send us to Earth to suffer just because Eve and Adam ate an apple from a forbidden tree? Then He send His own son to die on cross for our sin? If our sin is no longer existed, why aren't we in Heaven now? The more I read the bible, the more it doesn't make sense. The more I pray, the more I suffer. Why... :(:sigh: I hate this world.

It is no one else's but your fault that you are suffering and only you can overcome it: not your girl friend or an imaginary entity. So stop blaming God and start doing something about it. For a start stop making such posts to the CP lounge and do something productive.

Hmmm, just last week, I received a pack of 58 CD-ROM of Audio Bible. Guess what, I will be playing two each day to make listen to the whole Bible every month! Now, brother break it down...which parts does not make sense to you and why?

Simply, probably you do not have a relation to the one you are speaking to, or you are simply not yet His child. Definitely, if you email my grand-father for a new car he will not send it to you. At least for one thing, he does not know you. Best regards, Paul. Jesus Christ is LOVE! Please tell somebody.

Every part of it, starting from Genesis. Why did God even create the world in the first place, and have us suffer. The book of Genesis wasn't even written by one person, it is a collection of many stories written by many different authors.

I was baptized when I was born, I go to church almost every sunday since I was a little boy, I was educated in Catholic school, I pray every night before I sleep. Still not his child? Then no one will be. Everyone I know who don't go to church or believe in God have a better life than me.

For His own pleasure. When you take a closer look at the world you will see the great beauty of His creation. But not for us to suffer. We have challenges and our limits, and He knows that too. He is our strength when we are weak. That is why He did everything to come back to us when He lost us.

Reading a book and talking to yourself aren't necessarily going to make life any easier. I think the whole idea behind religion is that you are actually supposed to believe the concepts/tales involved. The belief is what comforts people, not just going through the dogmatic motions associated with the religion. :josh: My WPF Blog[^]

Yes, I believe in it, it's called Faith. But I think I'm losing faith. :sigh:

Around you is nothing but vanity. The answers are surely there in the Bible. Do you have questions? simply ask. Best regards, Paul. Jesus Christ is LOVE! Please tell somebody.

In order to read the Bible, it must be "around you." Therefore, according to your logic, the Bible is vanity. ;P :josh: My WPF Blog[^]
