Yes, I believe there was a lovely custom in Yemen where when a Muslim was convicted of murdering a Jew protected by another tribe would be punished by having another Jew killed that was protected by his own. Oh, and they were living in subjugation, not peace - during the 19th century were not allowed to wear new clothes or ride animals and were subject to exorbitant taxation. Submission is not peace. Actually, they are targetting Hezbollah positions inside Lebanon, not Lebanon itself. There is quite a difference between the two.
