To clarify my comment: like Judaism and Christianity, Islam is considered an Abrahamic religion. Wow, I bet it's going to be really hard to find someone prepared for an intellectual debate at your level. Of course educated people are quite aware of the fact that Islam does not recognize the representation of Abraham in the Bible, which Adnan clearly referenced. Hmmmm.... I don't like Tony Blair. If I'm abroad and someone starts commenting on how much they dislike TB I'll heartely agree with them. I would never defend him just because he "is our leader". It isn't how I feel about my father either. I just think she's got a strange set of sensibilities - which is her choice, and she takes the consequences of that choice.

Four million Puerto Ricans may disagree with that assessment. And the population of Guam alone almost equals the combined population of all British territories. But I agree, on the whole the U.S. is barely an empire if it is one at all.
