    Our HR department was change to Human Capital. And this was after a joke about that term appeared in Dilbert. (Catbert selected human capital as more being degrading then call employees a herd!) X|

        Isn't it amusing when companies think they can keep doing what they are doing, so long as they just call it something else ?
