      depends on where you go, what you want. Alamogordo closes up and pulls in the carpet around 9pm, I was in Carlsbad last weekend, it did so at 6pm, but big cities have stuff all the time. Las Vegas (I hear -- I have never been there) keeps a LOT going 24hrs.

        Las Vegas does not close, to all intents and purposes. At 2 am on a weeknight, most things were still open.

                Having been there, I'd imagine that anyone who has to live there would need to train themselves to stop feeling much of *anything*.

                  There's more people per square kilometers in Asia than most places in North America or Europe or most other places.
