'the Israeli Defense Force will be granted a further opportunity to demonstrate that it cannot do so either. At least, not at a cost in Israeli soldiers’ lives that would be remotely acceptable to the Israeli public' Thats the issue. The inability if the IDF to actually hurt Hezbollah without putting its troops at risk. However, it appears that the IDF is changing its tactics. It is sending in troops, in large numbers, in order to finally have some impact on Hezbollah before the world cries enough. Hopefully this willl result in less civilian deaths and some real impact on Hezbollah.

blogI clearly know your opinion,but world is not as like you people think.Majority of the people want peace.I wonder why you people are getting so much thrilled when hearing about wars.All nations urged Israel for ceasefire except US and it's B team England . Do you think these attacks would help in wiping out Hizbollah form the world completely? . if they achieve it ,I doubt if anybody will remain in Lebenon with a living body . It's evident that anger against Israel are widespread among the youths (particularly in muslims). So as the cartoon indicates Israel is indeed digging their own graveyard.

What a hypocritical statement. Hezbollah's political platform is the destruction of Isreal. It is completely based on hatred. Israel doesn't go around saying that other countries should be wiped off the map (like certain Muslim leaders do). Israel was shelled and had soldiers kidnapped and responded. We don't particularly care about killing Muslims. We just want to eliminate the hatred coming from your side of the aisle. Arab behavior is atrocious and really quite insane. I advocate war because the only way to straighten the Arab world out is by beating it into submission.

Hezbola rockets are only enforcing Islamist terrorism, killing Israeli civilians... It cuts both ways, and Hezbola is hiding its rockets among the lebanese civilians, providing a magnet for the Israeli bombs.
