      Just about anywhere in the Mediterranean will do just fine.

                      India. Has seashore mostly in the tropics. No, we are not interested in telling you the nicest spots on earth because we want to keep them crowd-free.

                        Near is nice, right on the sea shore is not so nice. If you ever plan to do it, try it out for a full year (rent a place) before you commit to it seriously.
