Very difficult to use the site. Using CPHog trying to post a reply. "Failed" message returns. Hit "post" again. "Failed" message returns. Hit "post" again. Now it fails because it is a duplicate message. :wtf:

Yeah, I've been getting empty windows when I try to open pages on CP. This happens on both my home and work machines. :(

It's interesting because CPhog's post modifications and new thread work perfectly, but the voting and replies seems to hiccup.

Sounds like your mouse is grumpy. Did you feed it this morning?

It's a shame - there's no way for me to be sure that a message has actually posted unless the request returns a valid forum page (technically, it's not guaranteed even then, but it's a good bet). Unfortunately, there are times when the post will be successfully recorded, but the site will choke building the forum page - all i can do then is be safe and show it as failed. At least the dup post detection generally works...

Have you tried posting with CPHog disabled? At least then if it fails you should see some idea of what's happening. I've checked error logs and there's nothing specific recorded.

I did not try that but I also fail to load when navigating much of the time as well, so I just thought it was the same problem.

:laugh::laugh: Apparently! Sorry, John. I tried to vote your post a '5' to counter the moronic '1' entry, but all I get is a bright red Failed!Unknown and no vote posted. I also can't respond to any post without several tries, and about 70% of the time I get aomething back that almost completely doesn't resemble a CP page. It's either the Vista curse, the site rewrite, or Chris has been snorting schnapps with the squirrels in the server room again.
