Our email system runs on Exchange Server and the company wants to force a disclaimer at the end of every email. Since we can't enforce signatures the company is looking at 3rd party software. One they tested forces you to use HTML only and no rich type text. Does anyone know of a software that will force a disclaimer at the end of EVERY reply of an email?:confused::confused: Thanks!

I think Lotus Bloats allows this.
