What else would it be? :D And before the Tour de France there was the Giro de Italia, and coming up this summer is the Tour Down Under. (I've just put my entry in for the 200km Alpine Classic[^]) Mate, you can never have too much bike things in your life.

Much as I'm tempted to correct your grammar... I used to ride a bike to work every day. Like when I tried running, I was assured that it would become less tiring with time, and I'd be able to go further, faster, stronger. Nope. When I finally gave it away ( because we moved to far from town ), I was as knackered after my ride as I was the first time I did it. Maybe there's an exercise gene, if so, I just don't have it. So I, like most adult males, no longer even own a bike. Now, if you'd said you can't have enough METAL in your life, that's something I could buy into.

jeje "Granada, tierra soñada por mi..." Talking about the stage... Every year I'm amazing with the things they do. I mean 167 km.! and going to Sierra Nevada. Sometimes, when I go by car there I see people with their bikes and you can see some of them almost crying for the pain. But the funny thing is that there is a competition that consist in going running!! From Granada city to Sierra Nevada. :omg: Anyway... "The first category Puerto de Monachil at 1510 metres has sections of 12 and 13 percent before a fast 20 kilometre descent to the beautiful Moorish city of Granada." :cool:

Went out today and bought the kids a new bike each as an early Christmas present. Also since they are rapidly out growing their old ones. So I decided it was time to go to an actual bike shop as opposed to K-Mart or the like. So a couple of weeks ago I was in Rooty Hill getting something to eat on my day off, when I spotted a bike shop just as I needed a new tube for my bike (gotta watch them air compressors, I literally blew my inner tube to bits). The young fella working in there is a bit of a BMX nut and his fervour decided on the spot that I would come back when I needed bikes for the kids. While in their today I noticed a whole lot of biking paraphinalia on the walls. It turns out the owner of Eddie Salas Cycles is actually Eddie Salas[^] (best link I could find). Didn't know anyone local had done anything on the world stage.
