    CG posted about the movie Metal: An headbangers journey so many times, that I got interested and recorded it. It took me a few attempts to completely see that movie. While I was watching the movie my two year old daughter caught a glimpse of the movie. Since then she has been trying to make the metal sign (or Corna whatever it is called) every now and then. I finally was able to catch that on camera, yesterday. http://www.codeproject.com/script/profile/upload/15383/shreya.png[^] It is amazing how kids pick up things.


    Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it. -Brian Kernighan

      Nish, I just found out they are playing all of the new album ( A matter of life and death ), so I recommend buying it and getting to know it before the show, to make the most of it.

          So it seems, they suck up a lot of knowledge in their early years. I wish I was that young again, ooh wait never mind, that would mean I have to listen to my parents again and can't drive cars. ;P

          WM. What about weapons of mass-construction?

                Yeah, I like it, but not enough to not hear a lot of the classic material when I finally see them live. Love your sig, BTW.

                  I havent really listened to Iron maiden. Mostly into Metallica, Ozzy, Guns N Roses and few other bands . I just got hold of some songs of Iron Maiden and I must say they are good. I liked Wasting love, 2 Minutes to Midnight, Fear of the dark, hallowed by the name.... need to listen to more.

                      Hallowed by thy name is awesome. If you're buying one CD, make it 'Live after death', the cream of the first four albums, recorded live.

Its the audience participation song which is great when you see them live, but goes on for about ten minutes and gets really boring after repeated listening. Do they still do that at their live shows? I haven't seen them play live for abour 14 years. Let us know after you been to the show Christian.

                                      They have always done must the new album, whichever one it is at the time, but they used to do a lot more of the old ones. Is the new album especially long or something? It sounds pretty self indulgent to me. Surely they realise that most of their fans want to hear more of the classics? The cheer that goes up, and the tingling down your spine when the opening bars of Run To The Hills is played, is unforgetable.
