Yes, Swedish is my native language. But I have a Brazilian wife now and we mainly speak Portuñol(Spanish/Portuguese mix).

It would be glorious to see mankind at leisure for once. It is nothing but work, work, work. I cannot easily buy a blank-book to write thoughts in; they are commonly ruled for dollars and cents. A[man], seeing me making a minute in the fields, took it for granted that I was calculating my wages. — business! - I think that there is nothing, not even crime, more opposed to poetry, to philosophy, ay, to life itself, than this incessant business. Henry David Thoreau

I can sorta manage one, in a pinch.

You mean 'at a pinch'. I see what you mean.

English (natively), French 80%, Dutch 20%, Spanish 2%. My English Wife speaks Cantonese too (southern Chineese language from the Hong Kong area). Its really quite impressive, she sounds just a Jackie Chan movie.

Oh, I see.:laugh::laugh: In spanish we have something like the Pig Latin game, and consist in adding an "f" syllable. For example, "I'm doing my homework" is translated to "Estoy haciendo mi tarea", and with this game, it would be something like "Efestofoy hafacifiefendofo mifi tafarefeafa". I think we can do this in english as well: "Ifi'm dofoifing mafy hofomefewofork". Would it be possible in german? Uhm... Ifich hafabefe keifenefe Zafeit... Ifich hafabefe zufu Afarbafeit... Hehehe. ;P

No, i meant "in a pinch". I even remember typing it. Keep in mind, I don't live in the UK.

Its funny really, I was totally crap at languages at school. All I was into was science. I got a U for my French O Level (at 16 years old). U is about 8%. Virtually off the scale, at the wrong end. Anyway, 15 years later I wanted to live in France so I got a book, learn it, move there, and now speak it pretty well.
