Not all the words were pronounced correctly: Loch[^]. It gives two possible pronounciations. The first one is definitely incorrect. The second is better, but the vowel just doesn't sound quite right - It should be an "o" but sounds half way between an "o" and an "a".

Certainly not bad luck. Incompetent management is more likely. I've dealt with that useless organization 3 times in the last 7 years. Each time it was a disaster of missed deadlines, incomplete deliverables and, outright lies.

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects. - -Lazarus Long, Time Enough For Love

i maintain, bad luck. maybe the managers you have to deal with were incompetent, but not all managers are, thanksfully ! I am satisfied with the 3 managers i've been working with on my last projects. we were on time for all our deliveries, and the relashionship with our customers are good... so, sorry if you don't have luck.

i maintain, bad luck. maybe the managers you have to deal with were incompetent, but not all managers are, thanksfully ! I am satisfied with the 3 managers i've been working with on my last projects. we were on time for all our deliveries, and the relashionship with our customers are good... so, sorry if you don't have luck.

Sorry, I don't believe in luck as such. It's very simple; epically since I always add an extra 15-30% of time into all schedules depending on the complexity of the task. When I evaluate my outsourcing partners I have a pass fail criteria. You miss the final project deadline, you fail. You hit the deadline but the project is incomplete, you fail. You deliver buggy untested code, you fail. Perhaps your company had some bad luck, but I certainly did not. I just foolishly gave them a second and third chance. Also, this is not a slight toward the coders or the technology; just how poorly the company is ran from a former customers point of view.
