    Microsoft has revised the retail license agreement to allow a user to reinstall their copy of Vista as many times as they wish as long as it's not installed on two devices simultaneously. http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=4802[^]

        The rules for OEM have existed from day one.

                The original license only allowed installing twice. After that you had to call in to support to reactivate. Bad licensing.

                                    Never going to happen. OSX is a loss leader, apple makes it's money on the hardware. Windows is MSes cash cow.

                                      NO they changed the terms to change what was clearly not acceptable to a significant group of people. You can not just say I want it to mean this and ignore what it legally really says.
