Watch TV or listen to radio from a pocket pc

Hi, does anyone know how to watch TV or listen to the radio from Pocket PC? Are there any tool or software that could make my pocket pc become a TV or radio?

Since you didn't say which device you're using, this is just a stab in the dark, however, you could go here[^] for a radio tuner card that will fit in a compactflash card slot. Here[^] is PCMag's online review of it. And thanks to Chris for the preview button...

If you don't want to do it live, I use a program Tivo like program from Snapstream.com called beyond TV, and have had some positive results viewing live tv within my home network.
