A colleague of mine just did a Windows update. The annoying things is: explorer now no-longer working.... When he logged in he just get the background image. If we use the task manager to launch explorer, the screen flicker briefly and we get the background again... Any ideas?

He was able to get back on tarck with system restore. Apparently the problem was that he did heaps of update of heaps of software at the same time....

If I could get my hands on Code Project's Email Database, I would send out a simple message ---- "WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL IE7 !!!" X| Many people are suffering, a client of mine had her laptop crash many times, Outlook was dead. Like the man said, IE is part of Windows now, if it don't work, then you can bet your entire OS will suffer.

Nope... the problem is there is a glitch in The Matrix, and we are all using it as an Operating System
