Is it possible to save a video from YouTube to your PC? It doesn't appear to be intuitive to me if there is. :)

I've found a lot of bugs in it, but you can use UnPlug.

you can use www.youtubex.com Easy to remember for me, since their domain name are similars

If I were ever to do such a thing ;-) I'd use the firefox plugin 'downloadhelper' to download the FLV, then use the open source app from SUPER (http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html) to convert FLV to standard formats. Not that I'd ever do such a thing :laugh:

If you open video in IE once and let the whole video buffer, it will save it automatically to your profile's temporary internet files but the trick is that dont close IE. Keep your IE open and copy the FLV file to another location. After that you need FLV Player to view the video.
