How to moniter my network

Hi allof u :) I have a small network of fifty computer ,all computer is connected with internet. I want to moniter the downloading and uploading of every system ,I want to see the status of which types of downloading is perform by any perticular system. Some time when any body download the video song and any his personal data ,in that time my internet speed is very slow ,and I can't identify the person who is perform by this type of downloading . So sugess me what I do for this. Thanks allof u for this. :)

The best place to do this is at the router.
