Not really that big a deal there are plenty of online and downloadable Quran now. I found a bunch of English language translations off of Wiki one site had Arabic, English, French, etc translations side by side. I think USC has online English translations of the Quran and a fair number of Hadith... but what do I know of Hadith (not too much to be perfectly honest) So since they are online I suppose all one needs is an inexpensive PC, an internet connection, and a browser. I suppose the inexpensive PC is a new one for Intel but I thought someone else was trying to provide inexpensive PC's already? Here start with the Wiki entry for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quran[^] I think they need people willing to to do the Arabic language translation work over there, might be a useful service to render (I can't as I can't read or write Arabic)
i think idea is to make the equipment handy like walkman or ipod so that it can be used any where and i think it can be very successful in muslim countries. i have already been asked by my uncle to find a way to listen to Quran while he is on travel and i told him to get a usb mp3 player but i think this is exactly what he wanted.

Cool, especially given Intel's best labs are in Tel Aviv. The Quran - brought to you by the Zionist Empire.

Seriously though - WTF? Spending money on something totally useless. Sounds like a pretty dumb idea to me. Oh well, I don't use Intel products (except for this damn network card).

Yes, but with those things, our great Islamic theocracy could not protect us from the misinformation out there. ;)
