We know that it wasn't you Kyle, but the FBI might have a different perspective on the matter....

No, i hope the FBI will have a little more common sense than mindless little shits like you who would file a report with the FBI over an html exploit, and accuse someone of the "crime" with no evidence.

Yeah right - how convenient that you show up just afterwards. Worried about the IC3 filing, are we?

It should be a crime to waste the FBI's time on trivial and innocuous acts when they have much more important things to do.

Whatever, I don't really care either way. I just found it annoying and quite dumb. I mean really, who feels the desire to deface a message board for thrills? Anyways, I have like, stereo wires to straighten, or something...

That is the problem with crying wolf. You have continually lied in the past, only to admit to lying later on once you regained peoples trust. Each time you lied about it, less people would trust anything you later said. It ended up with the current scenario where you lied so much and so often that it doesn't matter anymore - nobody will ever believe your word no matter how much you plead. If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and smells like a duck then it will be called Kyle. It is far too late to change that now. You have absolutely no right to be pissed off on this forum by other people irritating/annoying you. You've lost all credibility here.

You are missing the point. I dont care if you want to think that i am the only troll on the internet and call every troll you see "Kyle". You are just making yourself look stupid. But getting the FBI involved over it (when it wasnt even me)... :wtf: Give me a fucking break.

Defacing a website is a Federal crime. Since that defacement involed racial epithets and vulgar language, it deserves reporting.

I dont really care if it is reported (although it seems rediculous), but what pisses me off about it is that i got automatically blamed for it. And, dont you think that the reporting should be left to the website owner, not some idiot that wants to be Chris's knight in shining armour?

You were blamed, perhaps unfairly, because you had previously engaged in similar exploits, and used similar language in your posts. If you don't want to be blamed when some idiot hiding behind a pseudonym shows off his script-kiddie skills, than don't do the same.

The way an IC3 complaint works, it will be left up to Chris - the FBI will contact him for confirmation and further details; if he chooses to respond, then the FBI will follow up. If Chris chooses not to reply, it will end there. Bradml had every right to file the complaint, since the end result will likely be that the site will disallow HTML in posts. This will be an inconvenience for all users, possibly making it impossible to post formatted code in requests for help or in responses to those requests. Every one of us is injured by this, and all of us are justifiably angry.

I dont think you know the definition of script kiddie. Using an HTML exploit like he did and i have done in the past is not being a script kiddie. A script kiddie is one who uses pre-made tools to hack a website. Similar language? Are you people seriously ignorant enough not to know that there are hundreds of teenagers on the internet who troll and do things like that? Just because i am the first one you have had experience with doesnt make them all me. Saying everyone who trolls or uses html exploits is me is like saying everyone who posts self-righteous and idiotic posts is Josh Gray. Also, I dont really think that the FBI will be very interested in tracking down some kid on the internet who "defaced" your precious website, but have fun thinking you did something big and powerful.

What's all this inexpensive bandwidth if it's not worth wasting?

Good point. I'm not paying for any of my bandwidth currently ;), but the round-n-round about some kid's exploits. :| :sigh: If I'm going to waste valuable work time, I want it to be worth my while.

If you don't want to be blamed when some idiot hiding behind a pseudonym shows off his script-kiddie skills, than don't do the same.
