        is what I'm watching for lunch, whatever I eat it will digest that much more nicely as I watch the Canadians romp all over the Russians! :)

                      My wishes for you & Chris & all other red-blooded Canadians for their match against the Russians. And btw, you cannot wish me back for the cricket match the Indians are playing agains the South Africans.:( It looks like we'd loose the match tomorrow and so the series for sure. Paul(watson) should be enjoying the moment if he's watching the match.

                                  Just got back from lunch. Had some homemade spicy vegetable soup, some hearts of romaine with almonds and a little italian dressing.
