      I am starting to get the feeling that the kid just bought a book (that he didn't read) on each of those topics

          MIPS( Million instruction per Second) I didn't know this was a skill. Unless he is an android.

                                  How do you think the architecture was named? I learned mips asm back in college. Picked over x86 since there weren't any mips boxes with c++ compilers available to facilitate cheating with in the labs.
