Using AutoScreenRecorder 2.0, you can record and play back animated events, ranging from a series of mouse clicks to a streaming online movie, as an AVI video file. AutoScreenRecorder lets you choose to capture a region of your screen, the active window, or the full screen. The downside is that you won't get audio with your visuals. Still, that's a valuable trait in a freeware tool. I'm not advertising; it's a description of this program I wanted but is there a program with audio? I don't mind if I have to pay for it; it's for work purposes. Thanks.

WINK[^] is very good, includes Audio, and is free. Unless you mass-produce screen vids, it's more than just ok. Another business crumbled...
