Can anyone point me to a good (not necessarily free) UML Modeling application? Poseidon for UML and Visio are out of this "contest". Thanks. :)

http://bouml.free.fr/[^] This is a free tool in an early development stage. It probably cannot compete (yet) with professional tools.

Visio is too "general-purpose", and as far as I know it's not able to design Sequence Diagrams and Use Case Diagrams.

Second! StarUML works great and is a lot faster than some of the other tools.

I have yet to see a good (or even decent) UML modeling tool.

But then you would just be pointing to the wiki at least once a month for eternity. :)
