    200km - The Big One![^] 200km of riding (124m) and around 3,500m (11,500ft) of vertical and you have 13.5hrs in which to complete the ride. We took massive breaks at the top of each climb to fuel up and rehydrate and came in with more than enough time to spare but I'm spent. I think a little more preparation next time might be in order!

          Wow. I used to cycle about 2 klm to work.  I used to take massive breaks, too.

            Congratulations, Chris!:-D I think I could manage the first 2km or so before I fell off the bike... It's been a while, and riding around here is tantamount to a deathwish.
