That sounds cool, but I'd never use it. I keep all my CDs. I have just shy of 950, and I am looking to hit 1000 sometime shortly after my next US trip, in March.

Very cool! I'd like to hope I've contributed (given) as much as I've listened (received). I sure have gotten a ton from this place. I'll never forget my reason for registering was to use Chris's grid for commercial work. He wasn't curious, cautious, tentative or anything else. Chris, "Sure go ahead and use it. I wish you the best." I remember that I had just spent some several hours going over his code and thinking, "As fine a tool as this is, and for him to give it to a guy who just registered today and for him to respond personally...." Well I thought, "That is cool. I'm sticking around to see what else I can find. I'll never know what happened to the work I did with the grid control. I kind of think it got sniped and is more or less living in with someone else getting all the credit with my former employer but oh well. It's on their heads I guess. I know I'm still here and with 5000 posts to prove it I have to say that it feels good. I feel like I've worked hard to hit 5000. I feel like I've tried to make it fun for many, serious for few and very open and approachable for many. So here is to CP, a great 20007 and hopefully 5000 more post before I have to try and think of more stuff to say.:-D:rose::cool:

so tell me how do you fit doing work in while writing 50 000 comments? because by factoring replying 50 000 times you must have read over 200 000 + comments

Oh, I have CDs I would never listen to. But, while I don't buy CDs just to increase my 'numbers', I do take a perverse pride in having nearly 1000 of them. And, I'd have trouble selling some of them.

Surprisingly, Winamp works really well. It has a search box, and it searches pretty quickly. I have a lot of CDs I need to rip, but what IS in my mp3 collection, comes to 56 days, 17 hours and 32 seconds worth :-)

Sounds like a cool idea, you should run it by Rex, he's the one in charge of the architecture, to see if it would work.
