CP uses intellitxt ads too - it's just that CP allows members to disable them if they don't want to see them.

Just because you repeat something to the point of exhaustion won't make it so. A "community" is the sum of the members who make it up - including the "late comer" whose views may differ from those previously in vogue. When the views of a new member are unwelcome and violently squelched, the community becomes nothing but a clique.

Philosophical sophistry. You should ease into the community before posturing demands. Quite different than speaking your view. You've done that already. Now you're just beating the dead horse. And really, this isn't in protest to a peppered signature, but rather a case for promoting products in posts, since that was the real argument. Why do you think that you should be able to decide for the rest of us what is acceptable? The late comer is certainly welcome to express views. But the community doesn't need to enact them as law. Kinda inmature to enter into a group and start demanding change.
